Terms and Conditions
The agreement between you and Just Convenience when you use our platform.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Just Convenience website and mobile applications, and the services provided through them. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
2. What Just Convenience is
Just Convenience operates a marketplace that connects customers with local businesses and self-employed individuals ("sellers"). We provide the platform. The contract for goods or services is between the customer and the seller.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
4. Orders and bookings
Prices, availability, coverage areas and fulfilment options are set by each seller. An order is accepted when the seller confirms it. Delivery windows, including any stated 30 to 60 minute guidance, are estimates and not guarantees.
5. Home services
Where a seller attends your property, you are responsible for providing safe and lawful access. Sellers are responsible for the standard of their own work and for holding any qualifications or insurance their trade requires.
6. Payments
Payment is taken through the platform. Applicable fees, commission and payout schedules are set out separately and may be varied on notice.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation rights depend on the type of order and the seller's own policy. Statutory rights under consumer law are unaffected.
8. Seller obligations
Sellers must trade lawfully, describe what they offer accurately, honour their published coverage and pricing, and hold any licences their category requires, including age-restricted goods.
9. Prohibited use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent it to avoid fees, upload unlawful content, or interfere with its operation.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with the platform is limited as set out here.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through the platform.
